If you would prefer training with friends and family, then these are the sessions for you! I can train up to four people depending on the space available.
Some people may be nervous about starting or getting back into training and would like a familiar face to help them along the way. Others may prefer training with others for a more sociable experience.
It doesn’t matter if you are of different ages, shapes, fitness levels or have different goals. Our sessions together are tailored to the whole group, taking into account your individual wants and needs.
Our sessions will increase your fitness levels at a pace that suits you all individually, making small changes over time. Making small changes over a longer period of time, means we will reach your long term goal and be able to maintain it.
Personal training sessions are held in your own home and I bring all the equipment to you. The only thing you have to think about is whose home it is going to be held in!
All our sessions together are designed for the whole group and adapted to each individual.
We will all be working together as a team, with me supporting and helping you along every step of the way.
