It doesn’t matter if you have never exercised before. I am here to help you no matter what level you are. We will take it at a pace that is just right for you, so you feel comfortable, whilst still reaching your goals.

What kind of training will I be doing?

Our sessions are tailored specifically to you, your needs, your likes and dislikes. It could combine a mixture of resistance training, cardiovascular training, functional movements, weight training, stretching and high intensity interval training. Your sessions will also include a wide variety of different equipment.

This is a very common question. In short the answer is no, women don’t bulk up. But building a certain amount of muscle has numerous health benefits and gives a toned look.

Where do we train?

In your own home, just make sure the room that you pick has enough room for you to lie down and not hit your head if you were to jump!

How likely am I to reach my goals?

I am 100% certain that you can reach your goals. I am also realistic that sometimes life throws things at us which can slow down our progress. At the start we will look at certain situations or feelings which may stop you from keeping on track and put plans into place to help prevent it. But if you do drift off track, we will work together to find out why and find a solution for you.

What do I need to wear?

The most important thing is that you wear clothes that you can move freely in and feel comfortable wearing. The only thing I would recommend you wearing is some suitable trainers to protect your feet!

Do I need to have my own equipment?

I will be bringing all the equipment you need, to you. All you need is yourself, trainers, water and a small towel.

What happens during a nutrition session?

Before a session we will have pre-arranged a time and also the method you would prefer for me to contact you; either phone or through FaceTime or Skype. What happens during the sessions depends on what your goals are. We talk about you. You may be asked to keep a food diary the previous week, which we will discuss. I give you advice, tips and information to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I feel anxious about training.

Being anxious or worried about starting something new is completely normal. Just make sure to let me know at the beginning of a session, so I know how you are feeling. We will always take it at your own pace and my number one priority is to make sure you are feeling comfortable.

Please don’t worry about it being too hard or not being able to keep it up long term. I work with all levels of fitness and our sessions are specifically designed for you.

I have an injury; will I be able to do it?
