I am a fully qualified women's specialised Personal Trainer and Registered Associate Nutritionist with a Bsc in Nutrition.

I can help you find your motivation and achieve your goals in a fun, friendly and non-intimidating environment.
I have a real passion for helping people to change their lives for the better. It inspires me to see others becoming more confident, stronger and happier. I enjoy getting people to achieve more through exercise so they can perform better in their everyday life.
I do understand that making changes or starting something new can cause fears and concerns. We can go at your own pace and even small changes can lead to a healthy active lifestyle and can really contribute to your confidence and happiness.
I know from personal experience that regular exercise and nourishing your body can improve not only your physical health but also your mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s not about posing in front of a mirror; it’s about gaining strength and agility, re-energizing, becoming more self-confident. We are all capable of so much more than we realise. I can support and motivate you when it all seems too much effort on your own.
It won’t always be easy but I can guarantee that I will be there every step of the way and we will have fun whilst doing it!
